I donated and it has not shown on the campaign.

M-Pesa donations usually appear within a minute. Card payments can take a little longer. If it has been more than an hour, choose “Donor support” above and include your M-Pesa code or card receipt.

How do I report a campaign I think is fake?

Choose “Report a campaign” in the form and paste the campaign link. We review every report and may pause the campaign while we check. You can stay anonymous.

My payout has not arrived.

Payouts can be held while we verify your identity or invoices. Choose “Campaign help”, add your campaign link, and tell us what you have already submitted.

Can the press or partners contact you?

Yes. Choose “Partnerships” or “Press” and tell us briefly what you have in mind. Include your organisation and any deadline.
