No. A supporter who gives KES 500 sends exactly KES 500. Our fees are taken from the funds the campaign receives, never added on top.
Fees are deducted automatically from each donation as it arrives, so you will never get a bill. Your dashboard shows the total raised, the fees and the amount available to withdraw.
We charge nothing for withdrawals. Your mobile money network or bank may apply its own transfer charges, which we do not control. When we pay a hospital or school directly, there is no extra charge.
If a donation is refunded because of fraud or an error, we return the full amount to the supporter. Payment network charges on that transaction may not be recoverable.
You keep what you raise, less the same fees. There is no penalty for falling short.
